A Biedermeier Cylinder Roll Top Desk in Mahogony from the 1820’s. It features a secataire pull out revealing sectional drawers and secret sliding doors that reveal hidden compartments over three large drawers on block feet. All of the locks and keys work. The species of wood is Ribbon Mahogany with ebonised highlighted columns. It is in great condition and a very nicely French Polished and waxed piece. Wear consistant with age and use.
